Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to EchoTags’ business customers.
1. No Refunds
All sales (subscriptions and Tags) are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
2. Damaged Tags
Customers with an active Protection Plan (€1 per location per month) are entitled to automatic free replacements for damaged Tags assigned to covered locations. Standard warranty covers manufacturing defects.
3. How to Request a Replacement
- Contact us at contact@echotags.nl with the tag ID(s) and affected location(s).
- We may ask for a brief description or photo to classify the issue for quality tracking.
4. Changes
We may update this policy; significant changes will be posted on this page.
